2. Handcrafted Nature & Authenticity

All products sold on Vinsy, particularly our leather sandals, are 100% handcrafted by Moroccan artisans. Natural Variations: Because we use genuine leather and traditional methods, slight variations in color, texture, and minor natural marks are expected. These are not considered defects but are evidence of the product's authenticity and handmade soul.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions and colors are as accurate as possible. However, due to different screen calibrations and the organic nature of our materials, we cannot guarantee that the product will look exactly as it appears on your screen.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of incorrect pricing or stock unavailability. Secure payment methods are provided at checkout, and by purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We take great care in packaging our artisanal goods. While we aim for timely delivery, Vinsy is not responsible for delays caused by international customs, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds (Special Conditions)

We take pride in our craftsmanship, and every item is inspected before shipping. Our return policy is strictly limited as follows: Time Frame: Any request for a return must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. Special Cases Only: Returns are not accepted for 'change of mind.' They are only considered in special circumstances, such as receiving the wrong item or a major manufacturing defect. Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Review Process: Every return request is subject to a manual review. You must provide photographic evidence of the issue within the 3-day window. Shipping Costs: Unless the error is on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any associated customs duties.

All content on this website, including the Vinsy logo, brand name, product photography, and text, is the exclusive property of Vinsy. Reproduction or use of any content without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vinsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
